Managed budgeting for the project to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Hired and coordinated a team of hair and makeup artists to achieve the desired looks for the shoot. Scouted and booked a suitable photo studio to provide the optimal setting for the shoot.
Performed all responsibilities fully remotely, leveraging digital communication tools to maintain effective collaboration.
Supervised the post-production stage to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality assets.
